Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and daily specials.
• Supervise and train waitstaff, ensuring adherence to service standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.

• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a fine dining or French restaurant preferred.
• Strong knowledge of French cuisine and wine.
