Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
•⁠ ⁠Greet and seat guests, presenting menus and daily specials.
•⁠ ⁠Supervise and train waitstaff, ensuring adherence to service standards.
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
•⁠ ⁠Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
•⁠ ⁠Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
•⁠ ⁠Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications:
•⁠ ⁠Previous experience in a fine dining or French restaurant preferred.
•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of French cuisine and wine.
•⁠ ⁠Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•⁠ ⁠Ability to lead and motivate a team.
