• Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing diverse teams and maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
